Coming Home

My sister came home for a week

' v ' 

and everytime she comes home i'm remind how much I can't to trade in this old laptop for a new Mac

But I'm waiting closer to college time u v u

The weekend she came back, we went to a different sushi place than usual

 I love these koji heartspring lashes!

At first, we wanted all you can eat. But we figured if we spent all that money on all you can eat, we would pay less for just ordering rolls as we wished. I suppose you should either be in a rather large group of a couple to successfully get more bang for your buck.

This place is pretty great, the middle roll is amazing!

Spring Break Foods *Q*

Sorry to have poofed! I was given the surprise pleasure in taking a trip to Washington D.C

I hope to blog about this later, for now I have just a day to finish spring break hw!!

 During my spring break, I ate out so much ; v ; 

appreciate some food porn u v u~~

Tried a new place with my mom, it was like a Subway in the form of burritos and tostadas, and it was extremely delicious!

Chicken salad from Applebees after a driving class u v u

*U* I took a day trip finally to Little Tokyo, where I had a delicious lunch, a mocha cake roll, and milk tea boba.

I was also lucky enough to go to a famous bakery, mostly known for their show "DC Cupcakes"

I had a Vanilla #2, though they had a seasonal special called "Cherry Blossom" for the Cherry Blossom festival this month.

It was also very yummy, but I see my normal eating and workouts back in my future haha

A Mini Vacation ★★ [Jewelry making + Trouble (´；ω；`) ]

If you follow me on tumblr, you'll know I've been up at my Aunt's house since Sunday.

We're working on cleaning out her craft room, and whatever she needs to get rid of I can have!

But if you follow me you'll also know that Monday morning I had a little accident

 Every day til about 2pm I'm alone here, so when I woke up the first morning It was just me and my aunt's two dogs. *A* Well, I think they were pretty startled that someone was actually home! 

When I went to let one of the dogs, Toby, smell my hand, and then pet him he bit me :C

Basically my whole hand is bruised, and my index finger's nail is cracked :c

A bling bandaid to make things better!

Anyways! Since my aunt had to get home early do to the incident, we went out for sushi at Ichiban and then went to watch Bridesmaids. It was pretty funny!

When we came home we started working on her room

just one day and I aleady had a HUGE box! I'll do a sort of post haul when I get home <3

Yesterday, we didn't clean, but I got a jewelry lesson in wiring~

A heart, swirls, and a simple dangle!

But my favorite to make was the "love knot"

Time to go work on summer assignments!

Mini Vacation (Food + crafts)

This post is a week late, so sorry i've been busy!

I had a "mini" vacation to my Aunt's last week

We've all been stressed and busy between family matters and school work

So I came up with the idea to scrapbook the camping trips my grandpa has been on with my day to cheer my grandpa up!

My sister and I missed Friday of school and we left for my Aunt's to go out for sushi

All the food was yummy!

I loved the Mount Fuji Roll (last photo) it was delicious!!

Then we got to working on the scrapbook.

My aunt owns ALOT of scrabooking things, along with making jewelry.

Her craft room is insane!! I want one like this when I have my own home *A*

But away from the room of my dreams aha, we pulled out all the scrapbooking things we needed and got to work!

As you see from all our shapes, she has gadgets! She owns the cricut (info here), some die-cutters, and lots of punchers. soooo sooo many things!

 

It was all really fun! and it was a success : >

We presented it to my grandpa Monday and he really loved it <3

I'll be going back to scrapbook my plays and sweet 16 I think!!

Sorry for such little commentary </3 when you scrapbook, it's alot of falling into this creative trance and looking up to see 4 hours have passed like nothing. It's crazy!
